Launch of Smart Putra®Bus

SERDANG, 30 December 2020: The visibility of iDEC at the end of 2020 continues with the successful launch of SMART PUTRA®BUS in conjunction with the Pre-Launching Ceremony and Inauguration of UPM Golden Jubilee Celebration Logo which was completed by YBhg. UPM Vice Chancellor together with the Chairman of the UPM Board of Directors.

Putra®Bus is a 'mobile apps' that optimize the campus bus movement schedule, confirm passengers, record the number of passengers 'live' to the control center. With real-time access to the campus bus journey, students can find out the information of bus movement, arrival and departure which in turn makes it easier for them to plan their college business trips. Putra®Bus also provides free broadband services to passengers on the bus.
