CIO Meeting with iDEC UPM

Prof. Dr. M. Iqbal Saripan, CIO UPM has been present at the Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC) UPM on March 30, 2018. During the visit, he informed that the Staff Information Hub (HIStaf) should be developed to:

1. Provides an application system (one stop application) to manage KPI information of Academic Officer and all career profile information.
2. Combine most input mediums from multiple systems into one application system.
3. Provide local input medium to enable users with standard user role (Academic Officers and UPM staff) to enter data / information without having to reach various original systems.
4. Avoid confusion and facilitate Academic Officers and UPM staff to review the track record of KPI's activities and achievements.
