Marketing Lecture Room (UGC), University Agricultural Park (TPU), UPM; July 10, 2019: The PTJ ICT Asset Security Management Workshop and the UPMNet Network Profiling Workshop were hosted by all ICT Section Head and Strategic Planning Section Head. The workshop was aimed at establishing the role of the responsible party in managing PTJ ICT Assets. In addition, the objective of the workshop was to set the format, formulate the schedule and responsible for completing the PTJ Network Profiling and ensuring that it was completed.
Beginning with the opening speech by Deputy Director, Mr Mohd. Faizal David said he wanted the workshop objectives to be achieved and that all PTJs and ICT Section Chiefs could play their roles and responsibilities. Madam Hajjah Hamidah Meseran and Tuan Haji Mohd. Zul was the moderator for a panel discussion on the role of parties responsible for PTJ ICT Asset Management.
Mr Sayid Nazari is the moderator assigned to ensure that the format discussions and the drafting of the tables and officers responsible for Network Profiling production for each PTJ are well implemented. The workshop continued after the break with the information profiling and Network Profiling data activities in an agreed format according to the set group. Each group is assisted by the staff of the ICT Network and Security Section.
Before the break for lunch, discussion results and information inputs were presented in groups. The workshop achieved its objectives and the data obtained will be a reference for further action.
