Commercialization Committee
- Generating income to reduce the dependence of the Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC) on internal allocations for the purpose of managing PTJ, staff training expenses, minor equipment maintenance, asset purchases and others;
- Facilitate the setting of service charges for external parties who use UPM's ICT services, whether activities are carried out inside or outside UPM;
Optimizing the use of human resources and ICT equipment; - Improving the technical and social skills of staff through involvement in negotiations and collaboration with external parties; and
Strengthen the management of UPM's ICT services.
