The Infocomm Development Center (iDEC), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is responsible for formulating and coordinating UPM's service delivery strategy through the implementation of smart campus initiatives. This is in line with the government’s call to strengthen the digital government agenda.
Efforts towards digitization cover four clusters, namely Digital Learning, Smart Manage, Secure Campus and Community which are branded under the name Smart Putra®.
