The Infocomm Development Center (iDEC) manages feedback on information and communication technology (ICT) services at UPM through ICT Helpdesk.

Helpdesk ICT :
Monday to Friday : 8.30a.m - 12.30noon, 2.30 - 4.30p.m
(except on Friday : 8.30a.m - 12.30noon, 2.45 - 4.30p.m)

 

UPM ICT users can submit complaints, inquiries, suggestions or even convey ICT-related rewards through the following channels:
