UPM 41 Convocation Ceremony (iDEC Officer)

The 41st UPM Convocation Ceremony will be held on 4 - 7 November 2017 at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Hall, Culture and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS), UPM.

iDEC involved in Multimedia & Video. Among the duties and responsibilities of JK Multimedia & Video are as follows:

1. Assemble technical auditions of Audio Video
2. Video recording Multi Camera Production
3. Implement Live Streaming to Facebook / YouTube
4. Installing TV Display in parent's tent
5. Installing a Display Name System graduates
6. Providing a graduation card (mifare card)
7. Circulate graduation card
8. Implementing the Graduate Name Display System
