SPICT - Issues to improve

SERDANG, 17 FEBRUARY 2020: The ICT Planning and Governance Division (BPG), iDEC held an ICT Service System Issues and Improvement (SPICT) Workshop, a string of findings from the QMS Internal Audit 2019 and several issues raised. These findings and issues require improvements to the ICT service system or known as SPICT. The workshop, which was held on February 17, 2020 at the Seminar Hall, Faculty of Engineering, UPM, was attended by the Director, Division Head, ICT Section Head, Section Head and Project Head.

Issues and suggestions have been discussed and further action planning needs to be taken. As a result of the discussions, several planning actions were identified to be taken and refined to the next level between iDEC Management and the Division Chief.
