On 23 May 2017, the Division of Planning and Governance organized a Quality Management System (QMS) Risk Assessment Workshop at the Zetta Training Room, iDEC Alpha. The workshop, which was participated by all Heads of Division and Heads of the Sections, was held to assess the risk in the services provided by iDEC to UPM namely; ICT Maintenance, ICT Services and ICT Development.
