JD for staff reference in UPM!

SERDANG, 29 Januari 2020:  The Registrar's Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia has organized a Job Description (JD) Workshop where every employee at UPM needs to have their Job Description. Following on from the workshop held on January 15, 2020 at the Agriculture Hall, Faculty of Agriculture, InfoComm Development Centre (iDEC), further action was taken by organized a series of discussions and workshops.

The discussion was held on January 22, 2020 with all Division Head and Grade representatives. A brief description of the preparation of the JD has been given and follow-up workshops should be held. The workshop held at the OSH Hall was aimed at explaining the format of the JD to all Head of Division, Section and Grade Representatives. As a result of the joint discussions, some JD information according to the grade of F scheme was made available. Each representative presented JD information by grade and some corrections and improvements were obtained.

All JDs must be prepared by or before February 27, 2020 for submission to the UPM Registrar's Office.
