iDetech : UPM staff have to remember some IDs and passwords for various systems

iDetech represents iDEC in KIK 2017 Match

Serdang, October 24, 2017. The UPM HKIP Innovation and Creative Group Award presentation in conjunction with the UPM Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) 2017 was held at Mini Auditorium 1, Level 3, Deputy Vice-Chancellor's Office (Research & Innovation). A total of four groups had been presented and had been judged by four judges.

iDetech Group represent Infocomm and Development Center (iDEC) for the Management category with the title of the project - "UPM staff have to remember some IDs and passwords for a diverse system". This problem has been selected to be solved based on the complaints most received by the iDEC Helpdesk. The iDetech Group comprises 10 members, namely Haryati Abdullah (Head), Huda Khairudin (Secretary), Sabdin @ Zahar Wahab, Ahmad Faisal Abdul Ghafar, Nor Hasriyanti Rahim, Azhana Abdullah, Norhezrulsham Muhamad Nodin, Shahrul Hazman Shamshudeen, Norfaizul Abdul Aziz, Muhammad Jamal Mohamed Kamil and a facilitator Mohd Rizal Mohd Khanafie.

This KIK competition was participated by three other groups namely the FLORA FORR Group from the Faculty of Forestry for the Management category, Axon Force (Technical) Group from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and the Langit Putra Group (Technical) from Putra Science Park & ​​TNC Office (PI). Competition results will be announced during the Service Quality and Innovation Day Celebration (HKIP) on the next 10 November 2017.
