Introduction

This unit is responsible in the planning, developing and maintaining the University´s major database. The database comprises of the database on students´ information, staff financial information, staff information, E-Clinic, Fams, students´ portal, etc.

This unit is also responsible in the process of integrating data between the University’s main system with other sub-systems and also in the University Data Recovery Centre.

Objectives

The objectives of this unit are:

1. to develop system application that is categorized as the University Major Application;
2. to maintain and support the University Major Application;
3. to prepare and improve the University Major Application towards perfection; and
4. to fulfill consumer needs by monitoring continuously the current needs and trends.

The functions of this unit are:

1. Data Recovery Centre; and
2. Database and Integration
