iDEC 2018 Performance Monitoring Workshop was held on 20 - 22 July 2018 at Hotel Seri Costa, Melaka. The objective of the workshop is to revise the iDEC Quality Objective that was discussed during pre-workshop held at UPM. The workshop also discussed achievements for 2018 for the UPM ICT Strategic Plan 2017-2020.
iDEC has successfully established a more precise and accurate measurement method for iDEC's 14 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Client charter and functional and level plan reports have been revised as a result of the KPI award.
Some findings have also been discussed and actions need to be taken by the relevant process leaders as well as the management. The latest iDEC quality objectives will be developed for the approval of the IT and Communications Technology Committee Meeting, UPM. Effective date The latest iDEC quality objective is from January 1, 2019.
