Quality Management System (QMS)

UPM has obtained the MS ISO 9001:2008 Certification for quality management system that covers the core processes of the Univesity namely; teaching and learning, research and innovation, professional services, and support services on 3 January 2011.  iDEC as the leader of ICT service provision is responsible towards the following processes namely; ICT support service, ICT maintenance, ICT repair and ICT development.
